Lead Generation - 6 Months Contract (AU IT/Tech Industry, Home-based)

Philippines - Remote

Salary: P30,000 – P40,000 (Monthly Package) 

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

  • Proven experience in cold calling or a similar sales-oriented role, preferably within the IT or tech industry. 
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and tracking. 
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and appointment-setting targets. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Nice to Have: 

  • AU Client Support Experience 
  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce & Hubspot 

What will you do? 

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct 50-100 outbound calls each week to engage with potential clients using Apollo.io, targeting businesses with potential IT needs. 
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads by understanding their specific IT needs and business requirements, focusing on identifying decision-makers and potential opportunities for services. 
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. 
  • Email Outreach: Craft and send tailored email campaigns to prospects, highlighting services and value propositions to stimulate interest and drive responses. 
  • CRM Management:  Accurately record all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, managing lead information diligently to ensure effective tracking and reporting. 
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of service offerings and industry trends to confidently address client inquiries and effectively promote solutions. 
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies, sharing insights and feedback to optimize the approach to lead generation.
