Lead Analyst, Sales Operations (remote)

What You Will Do

As a Lead Sales Operations Analyst you will support our Spine Division, where you will be responsible for reporting aspects relating to sales rep performance.

  • Will own and manage the territory alignment process for the designated business unit.

  • Will develop all sales rep and region quota assessment and development materials

  • Will utilize sales tools as a super user to complete analysis and recommendations for territory alignment and quotas and follow-up with appropriate business partners to discuss opportunities.

  • Will partner with strategic sales and marketing team to analyze and identify targeted sales opportunities.

  • Will provide training on sales tools and processes to others as requested.

  • Responsible for development and completion of sales measurement metrics and pricing metrics

What You Need

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 4+ years relevant experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel

Preferred:

  • Experience with Varicent, JDE, Microsoft PowerBI

$58,700 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
