Lead Analyst, Sales Operations (Remote)

What You Will Do

As the Lead Analyst, you'll enhance sales operations support for management through cost analysis, commission planning, territory alignment, and quota setting, while ensuring key performance indicators are met. You will also lead and develop processes to streamline the sales process and help define requirements for sales support systems.

  • Implement and execute sales operations processes, managing territory alignment and quota assessments.

  • Analyze data as a super user of sales tools, providing insights and identifying opportunities.

  • Serve as a liaison among sales, enablement, compensation, and information systems teams.

  • Lead the analysis of internal and external data to support sales strategies.

  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify targeted opportunities.

  • Develop and train others on sales tools and processes.

  • Innovate and ensure the accuracy of sales and pricing metrics.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Sales Operations team.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 4+ years of experience in finance, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)

  • Experience with Cognos, Varicent, JDE, Microsoft PowerBI a plus

$75,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
