CACI has an immediate need for a Knowledge Management Analyst to join the CACI Operational Excellence Team.

The Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will perform the following tasks:

1. Knowledge Management:
- Develop and maintain knowledge management processes and systems
- Create and curate content for the organization's knowledge base
- Implement best practices for knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Analyze and report on knowledge management metrics and KPIs

2. Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions on knowledge management tools and processes
- Coordinate training efforts, including material creation, tracking, and improvement
- Maintain and improve PM Community of Practice and PM Learning Academy pages

3. SharePoint and Digital Asset Management:
- Assist with SharePoint site migration, improvement, and creation
- Improve and maintain QMS and Delivery+ process documentation
- Maintain CACI's Delivery+ Asset Library and version control

4. Quality and Process Improvement:
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate and assist with internal audits
- Maintain various logs (e.g., Corrective Action, QMS Risk, Action Trackers)

5. International Business Operations:
- Support development of International Business communications
- Evaluate and improve the International Business Operations knowledge base
- Collect, analyze, and present international business metrics
- Develop and streamline international business operations processes

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and capture critical knowledge
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for knowledge sharing
- Leverage external relationships for organizational knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

Required: 
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, program operations support, training development, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with knowledge management systems and tools
• Ability to organize and synthesize complex information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Project management skills


Desired:

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with content management systems
• Knowledge of information architecture principles
• Understanding of business process improvement methodologies
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Familiarity with CACI's products and services

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,100-$141,000
