As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with select customer segments for within Bobcat North America. You will also identify new customer opportunities, while driving sales volume & market share growth to meet company objectives.
This position is offered as fully remote, based from a home office.
Role & Responsibility
Key Account Management
- This position will, focused within North America, secure business with large multi-state customers in specific targeted markets for industrial customers, such as warehousing (3PLs), distribution and/or manufacturing.
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned Key Accounts. Manage relationships with key decision makers to influence buying decisions.
National Sales Accounts
- This position will work across North America to increase penetration and sales to current, national accounts that invoice direct.
- Seek out opportunities for new accounts in targeted industry segments.
Sales Development
- Prepare account specific sales plans when warranted to drive revenue growth and share improvement.
- Facilitate product knowledge demonstrations/seminars on Bobcat and Doosan equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proactive resolution to exceed customer expectations.
Job Requirement
- Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
- Experience Required: 5>7 years.
- Travel Required: >50%.
- High level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous Doosan Bobcat product or related industry experience.
- Ability to consistently articulate the Doosan and Bobcat value proposition to high level customers.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently – sales & results driven.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- MS Office Suite proficiency.
The salary range for this position is $82,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and other factors.
