Job Summary
As a Relationship Product Manager, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end Relationship product life cycle. This role will dive deep to understand client needs and drive value for KEYs clients and employees. The Relationship product manager will be the primary lead managing the Relationship Roadmap, and ensure successful technology and reinforcement launches. Must have a deep understanding of how to engage partners to continuously keep relationship top of mind and launch new ideas to support relationship growth cross all LOB roadmaps.   

As a leader of relationship benefits you are responsible for reimaging how customers receive benefits based on the totality of our Relationships. Using the data available help build strategies of how to deepen relationships and secure primacy month over month.

 

 Job responsibilities 

  • Manage and enhance the Relationship product, roadmap, and product vision that delivers value to customers. 
  • Stand up and manage successful project launches.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
  • Maintains an understanding of cross LOB product backlogs, to help support the roadmap and value proposition.
  • Build and manage tracking of product benefits, features, and functionality.
  • Manage partnership and engagement of partners to ensure successful Relationship roadmap growth.


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience (required)


Experience Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in financial services or related industry (preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in product development (preferred)


Tactical Skills

  • Demonstrated Financial and analytical thinking and the ability to forecast
  • Strong understanding of Retail Banking products, channels and segment needs
  • Strong Business management presentation and PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to rollout in cooperation with various business units and third party partners
  • Team player with a structured approach to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of PC (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once and prioritize delivery based on key objectives.
  • Strategic thinker that aligns the benefits of the product with the needs of clients and shareholders while achieving profitability

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $77,000 to $115,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
