Clean Harbors has multiple opportunities available for a Junior Recruiter to join our team! The Junior Recruiter is responsible for partnering with our Talent Consultants to recruit and attract talent consistent with workforce plans, functional plans, and company objectives.

- Responsible for interviewing, testing, cold-calling, and referring applicants for open positions throughout the company.
- Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.
- Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels (direct sourcing, Internet, employee referrals),
- Acts as a subject matter expert for areas of staffing responsibility.
- May recruit from colleges, technical schools and job fairs.
- Has solid understanding of diversity goals and provides qualified candidate slates in support of these goals
- Conduct thorough phone screenings to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and job requirements.
- Collaborate with teammates to consistently achieve record-breaking hiring results.
- 1+ years of experience within a Human Resources function
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business/Related field
- Ability to report into multiple leaders at once
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Attention to Detail
- Able to multi-task and manage a high requisition load
- Time Management
