Compensation:                 $50,000.00 - $60,000.00  (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

ABOUT THE JOB

OneStream is  currently seeking a full-time Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.  Someone who can think both creatively, critically and quickly; someone with excellent communication skills who can turn out exceptional work and constantly thinks about how they can elevate designs while supporting deadline-driven initiatives. This role requires attention to detail, a high level of creativity with the ability to follow brand guidelines, listen to and learn from constructive criticism, and project/time management skills. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop high-impact, sleek designs for marketing collateral including but not limited to: PowerPoint decks, web assets, infographics, brochures, social media ads, virtual and live event promotions, sales, and environmental graphics 
• Create designs, concepts, and layouts that meet specific graphical needs - utilizing expertise and knowledge of aesthetic design principles. 
• Update existing artwork to produce finished product (includes content updates and translated content) 
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to align designs and development goals, while maintaining a seamless execution 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts for field events, corporate events and annual user conference and partner summit 
• Manage projects and deadlines while working both independently and under supervision 
• Apply master creative concepts to various assets in digital and print 
• Demonstrate a professional approach to giving and receiving feedback 

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Four-year college degree in a field such as Graphic Design or related field preferred. 
• 1-5+ years of experience in Graphic Design (digital and print) 
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word on a MAC platform 
• Experience using video editing software such as Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia(preferred, not required) 
• Understanding of trends within the scope of the design industry 
• Ability to effectively establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color 
• Experience supporting an employer brand and/or B2B marketing communications 
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and take creative direction/revision notes and effectively integrate into design in a timely manner 
• Ability to manage multiple and concurrent projects with timely responsiveness 

PREFFERED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Video and multi-language skills a plus
