WHAT YOU'LL DO
We’re seeking a talented up and passionate product manager to shape the future of our point-of-sale commerce solutions. Collaborating with product, hardware, engineering, and customer success teams, you’ll deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly in-person payment experiences. Your focus will be on enhancing product stability, expanding capabilities, and creating exceptional user experiences that differentiate ABC in the market.
- Partner with cross-functional partners to research, document, and deeply understand customers need around POS devices and solutions to enable delightful in-person payment experiences.
- Deeply research and understand the competitive landscape and translate those insights into differentiating capabilities and features for your products.
- Define product requirements, provide clear guidance on prioritization, and support decisions related to development sequencing. You will also participate in sprint planning, reviews and GTM to deliver against those requirements and the overall roadmap.
- Partner with engineering to understand the commerce platform and technology that our devices rely on and develop plans to build on that technology to support growth and industry-best user experiences. These experiences will include terminals, tablets, mobile POS, Tap to Pay and Chip readers, Biometric payment devices, device security, software, connectivity and accessories.
