About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Onboarding Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As Junior Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of companies onto our platform. You will provide essential support and track progress to help meet our ambitious launch goals.

What you will do / Responsibilities

  • Point of Contact: Serve as the point of contact for founders throughout the onboarding process, guiding them through each step and ensuring a smooth experience. 
  • Deliverable Management: Coordinate and manage the completion of all required deliverables from issuers. Ensure that all necessary documents and information are submitted on time. 
  • Deadline Management: Track onboarding deadlines and ensure founders are aware of key milestones. Proactively notify Senior Onboarding Managers of any missed or upcoming deadlines. 
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex questions or issues to the Senior Onboarding Managers for resolution. 
  • Detailed Note-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate notes of all conversations with founders. Relay information to Senior Onboarding Managers to ensure they are well-informed of each company’s status.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail. 
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with founders and internal stakeholders. 
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience: Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is a plus. 
  • Proficiency with Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and other project management tools. 
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. 
  • Adaptability: Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
