Job SummaryResponsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing and vendor relationship partner strategies for assigned vendors. Manages the selection, acquisition and monitoring of contractual agreements for hardware, software, and IT services for the Enterprise for assigned vendors. Works closely with the business and IT to understand their needs & serves as the IT point of contact for purchases, deliveries and problems with products and services. Articulates and negotiates service level agreements. Works with Asset Management to ensure appropriate use of corporate funds. Drives partnerships with tech providers like Microsoft to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Proven history in IT vendor relationship management, including experience with Microsoft vendor management.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, planning, and critical thinking skills.
• In-depth understanding of Microsoft's contracting and renewal processes and support structure.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience working in IT and/or a vendor/contract management role.
• Prior experience working with Microsoft as a partner for contracting and support.
