IT Support Technician
6314 Remote/Teleworker US
Leidos Corporate Group has an immediate opening for an IT Support Technician to join our CIO Services Team. Selected candidate will perform a wide range of responsibilities to include Program / Project Management, Installation of Network Equipment, WAN/LAN Network Topologies, Network Cabling, and Customer Support.
This position can support a fully remote/ virtual/ telework status, however the ideal candidate would be based in the Midwest or West coast to support employees in those regions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work in a Team Environment that includes Construction Project Management, Physical Security, Network Engineering, and Network Security Team Members.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Responsible for delivery and support of IT Services based on ITIL v3 best practices.
- Provides Project Management and oversight of the installation of network equipment at new Locations, decommission and closing of Leidos locations.
- Plan, develop, and implement Information Technology projects, schedule, and scope requirements.
- Responsible for project closeout activities such as collecting lessons learned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of IT Support experience.
- Ability to listen to and understand customer expectations and concerns, and to assure customer that we are executing project effectively.
- Ability to define customer requirements and determine best technical solution.
- Ability to multi-task, manage, and provide oversight to multiple projects.
- Highly organized individual and ability to effectively communicate at a technical level.
- Experience leading IT network or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with IT project engineering best practices.
- US Citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A+, Network+, or Security+ Certifications.
- PMP Certified or ability to obtain.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
