Our IT team partners with HR business leadership on a strategic level to define technology priorities and roadmap, translating business strategy into short- & long-term technology and data needs ensuring the business is fully enabled by IT capabilities, including maintenance, support and operations (MS&O).

Enterprise IT is searching for an energetic and experienced IT Program Manager and Scrum Master to support the IT Product Line Lead for Learning and Development. The candidate will be responsible for sound execution of agile portfolio programs and facilitating the agility and transformation of the workstream and delivery teams within the Learning and Development product line.

The IT Program Manager and Scrum Master for Learning and Development primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Drives and provides oversight for the implementation of programs and projects while ensuring effective alignment with strategy and vision of HR and Enterprise IT

  • Manages dependencies of varying complexity, potentially planning and feeding into larger programs and portfolios

  • Ensures proper resourcing to provide optimum support for day-to-day activities and changing priorities

  • Understanding processes, operations, systems, interfaces, and data to effectively support HR

  • Serves as both a Program Manager and Scrum Master for multiple teams within the Enterprise IT HR Value Team, ensuring the effective implementation and adherence to Agile principles, values, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

  • Maintains and prioritizes a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad.

  • Fosters a culture of transparency, collaboration, and trust within the team(s) and with stakeholders throughout the organization.

  • Ensures that the team(s) adopt appropriate Agile project management tools and collaborate effectively using digital platforms.

  • Acts as a coach and mentor, helping team members and stakeholders understand and embrace Agile principles and practices.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in IT and Program Management

  • Good working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban or another Agile framework with proven experience as a Program Manager/Scrum Master or in a similar role within an IT or software development environment

  • Working knowledge and experience of SaaS/Cloud-based HR technologies, such as Workday, Microsoft Viva, SAP Success Factors, and Axonify

  • Knowledge of enterprise IT processes, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and program and project management principles

  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, with the ability to coach and counsel.
