Currently, ManTech is seeking an International Business Office Lead Consultant, to establish a Program Management (PMO) function within ManTech.

The International Business Office Lead Consultant will help to establish a Program Management Office (PMO) function within ManTech that is responsible for leading and coordinating between Enterprise functional staff support services and local business activities to include policies, systems, and processes in support of programs that are conducted in multiple international business locations.  This role has the potential to become a full time role as it will evolve with the lifecycle and maturity of the function and will require close collaboration and interface with Executives, Program Leadership to ensure compliant host country legal requirements and the company's contractual  requirements are met.  The individual will establish an agile and compliant approach to achieving international expansion, and building a sustainable PMO that will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with international partners, coordination of banking, taxation, labor, and business logistics presence with international regulations and policies.   

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assess current state of coordination and execution to support program requirements to ensure compliance with international regulations and policies.

  • Coordinate and assist in negotiations of necessary contractual requirements with local Vendors and partners.

  • Lead a team of matrixed cross-functional business professionals in support of international business initiatives providing recommendations and support in the cross functional areas critical to international support (HR, Finance, Contracts, Security, Tax, Payroll, etc.)

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

  • Prepare and present reports on international business performance and key metrics to senior management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, international business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • 15 years working internationally including proven experience cross functionally, including international business development and management.

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, well organized

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Awareness of knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

The projected compensation range for this position is $115,700-$192,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
