Our core Salesforce environment has been evolving since 2003, undergoing numerous changes over the past 22 years. Due to turnover and evolving development practices, much of the technical documentation for the system has been lost or was never formally created. The Technical Architecture Knowledge Base Project aims to bridge this knowledge gap by analyzing the current Salesforce environment, conducting interviews with key technical stakeholders, and building a comprehensive technical architecture knowledge base.
