What You Will Do
Advise on and support negotiation of contract terms based on business requirements and risk considerations
Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement legal risk mitigation strategies
Support research and review of newly promulgated federal acquisition rules
Assist with regulatory and compliance matters
Perform project management activities such as tracking deliverables, creating status reports, and monitoring successful achievement of project goals
Create internal reference guides to outline key requirements of significant compliance frameworks that intersect with our business

The intern position will provide candidates with valuable experience working on important legal and contractual issues in a world class, dynamic, full-service legal environment. The position involves working directly with attorneys, internal clients, and potential interaction with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
Qualifications You Must Have
