Job Description
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a part-time on call Intelligence Analyst to provide contract support to the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) in the National Capital Region (NCR) and other locations within the United States and overseas. The Intelligence Analyst will consult, providing Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Technical Intelligence support to DoD ground and airborne ISR programs. They will advise senior leadership in program execution, requirements, prioritization, risk analysis, and multi-intelligence integration. The analyst will operate in multinational environments, coordinating operations with foreign militaries, international governments, and nongovernmental organizations. This position is part-time only (part time on call). Travel (CONUS and OCONUS) is required.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting intelligence functions that support cyber threat alert monitoring and reporting, incident prioritization, incident response, threat hunt missions, and dynamic taskings.
- Provide information and assessments to inform leadership and customers; develop and refine objectives; support operational planning and execution; and assess the effects of operations.
- Advise on Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems (BICES) ISR Working Group (BISRWG) and BICES Intelligence User Group (BIUG), to include providing recommendations for tools and services to fulfill operational need.
- Operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Bold Quest, Unified Vision, and Coalition Warrior Interoperability eXercise (CWIX).
Minimum Qualifications
- 20+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 18+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 15+ years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 24 years relevant experience.
- Client requirements: 20 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters Certificate in Advanced Geospatial Intelligence Program
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Trained in multicultural communication, negotiation, and information collection.
- Experience in Leadership, Program Management, Financial Management, Budget Execution, Executive-level Intelligence Production, ISR, Intelligence Fusion and Integration, Technical Intelligence, Technology Architecture, Cybersecurity, Training and Exercises, Policy, Doctrine, and Foreign Security Cooperation Programs.
- Have working knowledge of the following:
- Coalition Shared Data (CSD) server providing ISR interoperability and information sharing while following North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Standardized Agreements (STANAGs).
- Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems (BICES)
- Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB)
- 20+ years of experience in ISR program management, policy, executive level strategic intelligence production, research and development, financial management, and senior level decision making.
- Must be able to adapt quickly, grasping the subtle intricacies of cultural, political, and military crises.
- Exhibit expert level operational planning and management, problem-solving, team building, and strategic communications.
- Experience with operating in multinational environments, coordinating operations with foreign militaries, international governments, and non-governmental organizations.
