The Integration Analyst II will be the lead technical resource assigned to R1’s Technology implementations responsible for designing integration patterns, building, and testing interfaces and enabling the exchange of data between the R1 suite of products. This associate will build common, bi-directional, real-time interfaces utilizing Lyniate’s (Orion) Rhapsody interface engine; the interface design and builds will support both standard and customized end user workflows to enable R1’s Technology solution. Additionally, the Integration Analyst will lead all functional integration testing and issue resolution to ensure the underlying integrations work as designed. Beyond the tactical execution of data exchange tasks, this associate will be responsible for prioritizing work, meeting project timelines and communicating status to project managers, business owners, and customer partners across multiple (simultaneous) implementation projects. Finally, this associate will play a critical role in the delivery of R1 Technology Solution by advising and supporting R1 technical resources during the project’s lifecycle through strong collaboration and problem-solving efforts.

Here’s what you will experience working as an Integration Analyst II:

  • Lead technical role on the R1 Patient Experience deployments responsible for designing the integration patterns and establishing, configuring, and testing the interfaces to support the data exchange requirements between R1 and its customers.
  • Conducts integration design and technical data mapping sessions to enable project teams to appropriately scope, plan and execute projects on schedule.
  • Responsible for building and coding common integration pathways on R1’s interface engine (Rhapsody) to enable real-time interface data exchange.
  • Build bulk load interfaces and perform minor interface changes to existing interfaces.
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to ensure interface designs meet business workflow objectives.
  • Advises and consults R1 Customers on integration methods/data exchange methods to support R1’s data requirements and leads the charge to creatively problem solve data exchange/interface related issues.
  • Leads functional, regression and unit level interface testing and actively troubleshoots and resolves issues to enable R1’s Patient Experience Solution.
  • Submits and executes all interface changes in compliance with R1’s Integration QA Process & performs the appropriate QA checks to support the integration between R1 and its customers.
  • Serves as a key project resource on simultaneous projects and manages on-time and accurate delivery of real time interfaces and data loads.
  • Communicates regularly weekly updates to the R1 project manager and stakeholders; specifically, responsible for communicating integration related issues, concerns, and risks to the project.
  • Participates enthusiastically in company training and actively seeks to understand the challenges and needs in the health care industry, particularly in the patient access arena.
  • Maintains accurate client and non-client time reporting in Salesforce.
  • Manage interface error messages during projects, including the identification of errors and resolution throughout the project; also includes training the client on the management of the messages such that upon Go Live, the ICE error log is clean, and the client understands how to manage going forward.
  • Maintains client’s project specific technical mapping specifications and ensures those specifications are updated and accessible by R1 in Confluence/Salesforce systems.

  • Experience utilizing Rhapsody Interface Engine or other equivalent interface engine software.
  • Strong knowledge of data and data extract solutions; basic coding in JavaScript, C++, SQL queries or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare data exchange, including HL7, FHIR/API, X12, flat files, XML.   
  • Exhibits strong oral and written communication by speaking and writing clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listens to understand and gets clarification, demonstrates group presentation skills, participates in meetings, delivers clear and concise training, edits written work for spelling and grammar, varies writing style to meet needs and presents numerical data effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills through problem-solving, resolving conflict, maintains confidentiality, and has an innate ability to think outside the box to implement fit-for-purpose solutions.  Collaborates well in group problem solving situations and is willing to test new concepts.
  • Must be willing to work on-call a week at a time several times a year.
  • Must be willing to work after hours to support client go lives as needed.
  • Ability to flex across multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to execute complex interface projects with minimal guidance of a team lead or experienced analyst.
  • A track record of organizing, managing, and driving implementation issue resolution and optimization to completion.
  • Demonstrates acute attention to detail and is willing to challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Orion Rhapsody Associate level certification or equivalent education completed.
  • Basic workflow knowledge across technology stack.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client integration issues through knowledge of business workflows and Rhapsody data flows.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $51,700.00 - $95,429.25 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
