Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize existing business domain expertise from USCAN Service or related GEHC roles to perform functional analysis of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

  • Root cause, test, and resolve Install Base and related process issues as part of level one support

  • Support USA & Canada Install Base data maintenance, remediation, and process improvement efforts

  • Participate in Service Max transition activities including data migration, process mapping, testing, data validation, and translating user feedback into business requirements.

  • Responsibilities may extend beyond the listed items and may be subject to change

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).

  • Ability to take direction, then work independently and follow-up

  • Experience with MS Office word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and collaboration applications

  • Ability to learn CRM system views and understand data flows and service business processes

  • Ability to think in detailed, discrete process steps to define testing process and to think out of the box to test and solve problems

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience with Siebel CRM, ServiceMax, Oracle GLRPOD, My Workshop, eDHR, PQW, eOM, Rally, MS Visio, Miro, Smartsheet

  • At least 5 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))

  • Demonstrated multitasking experience driving critical issues simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Supportive team member with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones

  • Eagerness to obtain new skills and knowledge

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $89,600.00-$134,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
