You will:

  • Maintain a proactive, self-starter attitude while developing and executing outreach strategies to generate new advertising leads
  • Conduct market research to identify and engage new prospects, understanding their needs and how Rockbot’s advertising solutions can help them
  • Participate in product training to build a deep understanding of our advertising and media solutions
  • Be the initial point of contact for new advertisers, introducing Rockbot’s advertising opportunities and determining the next steps
  • Maintain consistent and active engagement with prospects, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team and contributing to sales opportunities
  • Present fresh lead generation ideas in weekly sales meetings and actively participate in strategy discussions

You have:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably as a BDR/SDR, with a proven track record of generating and nurturing leads
  • Familiarity with enterprise software or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and products
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools, and the ability to efficiently track and manage leads
  • Demonstrated experience closing deals using data-driven market research and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement
  • An understanding of brand value and how to establish rapport with local advertisers effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to deliver presentations and engage in public speaking
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team environment
  • A driven attitude, a desire to learn, and a passion for building meaningful connections with potential advertisers
