Reporting to the Division Sales Manager, the Inside Sales position is responsible for proactively managing assigned accounts as well as prospecting and cultivating new accounts within their geographic territory to drive market penetration and accelerated sales growth of Service Contracts. The Inside Sales Representative will need to quickly build customer rapport and establish trust and credibility through a consultative selling style, thereby building a funnel of opportunities to close.
This position is part of the Sales organization and will be fully remote, covering Arizona, Hawaii, and parts of California & Nevada.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Managing and growing a sales territory with a challenging, yet achievable growth target
Engaging clients and prospects via phone to identify sales opportunities for closure using funnel management techniques, for the development and growth of individual sales territory (cross-selling, up-selling, providing quotes, etc.)
Populating and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce
Collaborating with other Inside Service Sales Representatives and cross-functional departments to improve processes & leverage the best resources
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
3 years minimum sales experience, progressive tele-sales experience selling products and services in a business-to-business environment
Demonstrated ability to listen to and seek out solutions to customer needs
Proven ability at cross-selling and up-selling; demonstrated experience increasing revenue within existing accounts by broadening and deepening solution placement
Ability to handle technical questions relating to the products

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
