We are the team that responds to incoming queries and helps customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs. This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a material difference in the global employment space as an Inside Sales Representative for our EOR business. This is a new role within our GTM organization, focused on serving existing customers as they continue their partnership and expansion with Remote
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on GTM success, significantly contributing to the critical expansion of our existing client base. It involves consultative, client-facing experience, enabling you to solve tangible business challenges. You will engage in strategic collaboration with members of internal teams, from Product to Legal, among others. Additionally, the role provides the flexibility to work from anywhere.

- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Showcase Remote’s product portfolio (EOR, Contractor Management, Payroll, Remote Talent, etc) as a potential solution for existing customers via phone, video conference, and email.
- Lead client conversations by first educating users on the platform’s features and benefits, understanding the client’s challenges, and then promoting our product portfolio for then closed up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Convert cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to achieve individual and team quotas.
- Share knowledge and insight from customer interactions with internal teams to guide product development and accelerate customer acquisition and retention.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is between $20,150 USD to $68,050 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
