We are looking for a driven and passionate Inside Sales Rep to join the Expand sales department at Wrike! You will establish relationships and engage with clients to find new opportunities to expand the Wrike product. More about your team: 

You will be on a sales team made up of Account Managers and the Inside Sales Rep, reporting to the Enterprise Expand Sales Leadership. The ISR is responsible for driving business on a defined set of Enterprise Accounts that have a current Wrike subscription. The ISR works closely with Account Managers and together work towards a specific booking target. ISR's are responsible for all sets of sales activity both inbound and especially outbound and for understanding customer pain points/challenges to provide/sell the best solution possible.

How You’ll make an impact:

  • Identifying new prospects across the business of existing customers
  • Targeting prospects in new teams and departments with highly tailored outreach
  • Managing new business within the Strategic Account Territory
  • Managing the full sales cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
  • Managing assigned accounts, inbound requests, especially outreach activities
  • Understanding an account’s needs and effectively communicating how Wrike will meet those needs
  • Utilizing a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • Using SalesForce.com, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Demand base for lead management and sales forecasting
  • Ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers
  • This role is non-exempt and there will be minimal to no travel expectations associated with this role

You will achieve your best if you have:

  • 1-2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred)

You will stand out with:

  • Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business
