Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales performance for the Citrix product line.
  • Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories, ensuring consistent growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Find and recruit new customers and partners to expand the business footprint.
  • Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations.
  • Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales.
  • Strong knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitors is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
  • Management experience is required, with a track record of leading successful sales teams.

Work Arrangement

  • For candidates in Colorado: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
  • For candidates in other states: Fully Remote – Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Hiring Range:

$184,500 - $225,500 OTE

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$138,900.00 - $108,408.30

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
