The Information Assurance Requirements Lead is the primary point of contact (POC) for growth efforts related to the Leidos Innovations Center (LInC) where Information Assurance (IA) and Information Technology (IT) support will be required for unclassified Business Protected Environments (BPE) and classified processing environments within Leidos locations.  The chosen candidate will work closely with IA leaders, Information System Security Managers (ISSM) and Information System Security Engineers (ISSE) to ensure all areas of support are included and all artifacts are provided in time for proposal submission.

Secondary responsibilities will include SharePoint sites/sub-sites creation and maintenance.  The candidate will also support the IA Governance Lead for the creation of processes, workflows, and reporting products.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the Office of Technology (OOT) and LInC IA Director for growth efforts where IA, IT, and Corporate Security are required for the proposal submission.
  • Work closely with LInC Growth Office leadership to understand requirements that will enable the IA team to support BPEs or classified processing environments within Leidos locations.
  • Track all open planned and open submissions
  • Provide reports related to planned/open submissions.
  • Provide direction for awarded efforts and work with the appropriate Site Lead to ensure they’re involved with the program “kick-off”.
  • Schedule and lead requirements meetings.
    • Document requirements.
    • Assign and track tasks for product creation (Basis of Estimates (BOE), system/network design drawings, and vendor quotes) and ensure all necessary artifacts are presented in time for the proposal submission.
  • SharePoint support:
    • Schedule and lead requirements meetings
    • Create custom SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.
    • Configure sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
    • Integrate SharePoint with other business application.
    • Develop and implement security and access controls.
    • Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
    • Design interactive dashboards and reports to clearly visualize key metrics.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 12 – 15 years related experience in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or a Master’s with 6 – 10 years of related experience. Additional relevant experience, training, and / or certification may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Detailed understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST, ICD, and CNSS standards.
  • Familiarity with network technologies (LAN & WAN) and best practices within a classified environment.
  • Experience as requirements lead and SharePoint developer.
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment and able to adapt quickly to change.
  • Good writing and verbal presentation skills.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Security +

Preferred Qualifications

  • DoD IS knowledge and experience.
  • Detailed understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Knowledge of agile development processes and DevOps tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence.
  • PMP certification
  • CISSP Certification

Pay Range:

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
