Position Overview

The Autodesk Impact Team is looking for an Enablement Content Manager responsible for creating industry-focused enablement materials and resources. These assets will enable our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to effectively engage customers on sustainability topics and trends, guiding them towards actionable solutions.

You will collaborate with internal experts to steward Autodesk's Impact Knowledge Base - an internal sustainability enablement resource - expanding it to meet evolving needs. You will simplify and synthesize technical concepts for different audiences and craft educational content, presentations, trainings, and explainer videos. You will advance the consistency, integrity, and effectiveness of sustainability content created across the organization. You will report to the Senior Manager, Industry Impact Marketing within the Impact team– led by Autodesk's Chief Sustainability Officer.

You will be fully remote or hybrid preferably close to a notable United States, Canada or European Autodesk office.

Responsibilities

  • Be a steward of our existing impact enablement platform, fielding queries and directing product, marketing, sales, customer success, and partner teams to the knowledge and resources to meet their needs

  • Maintain and progressively enhance our existing impact enablement platform, comprehensively overhauling content to align with advances in functionality, and ensuring that the technical applications of Autodesk's sustainability-enabling capabilities are meticulously updated

  • Synthesize and translate Autodesk's industry sustainability narrative– from industry trends to Autodesk's sustainability-enabling capabilities– into foundational assets to enable our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to speak to our customers about sustainability in a compelling yet grounded and credible way

  • Collaborate with customer facing teams to increase awareness of enablement platforms designed to support marketing, sales, customer success, and partner teams

  • Support learning and activation opportunities to upskill and enable marketing, sales, and customer success teams to speak to Autodesk's sustainability-enabling capabilities

  • Leverage data and insights to inform enablement content platform development, management, and promotion

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Product Design, or Manufacturing Industries as a marketer, content writer or other associated field with strong understanding of software solutions and/or technical applications for sustainability

  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience, driven by a passion for promoting and influencing industries as a technical sustainability advocate

  • Awareness of, or proficiency in Autodesk's Industry Collection portfolio e.g. AEC Collection, Autodesk Construction Cloud and PDMS Collection

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $87,400 and $150,810. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
