About the role:

As Prepaid Resource Manager you will be working with other members of the Prepaid line of business and Client Onboarding to deliver best in class Prepaid solutions. You will effectively communicate strategies and translate them into actionable items. Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved. Perform resource planning and allocation and supporting your direct reports in meeting conversion timelines and requirements. This role manages a staff of multi-functional and technical professionals including Conversion Analysts, a QA team, and Programmer Analysts. In addition, you will perform performance management by establishing clear performance goals that align with team, division, and corporate goals; communicate strengths/development needs; mentor and coach team members; provide challenging assignments and opportunities for development; recognize, reward, and communicate individual accomplishments and contributions. You will use knowledge of FIS's conversion management principles and methodologies to identify, develop, and implement new processes, improve existing processes, and/or eliminate ineffective processes. Use financial and qualitative information and tools to effectively establish and manage budget and revenue goals. Understand technical and functional concepts of FIS products including the interrelationships between products and technologies.

· Ability to prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines

· Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations

· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner

· Prior Implementation-Conversion experience in banking or fintech
