The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

As a IDN Strategic Accounts Director you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Developing deeper relationships with assigned IDN customers to promote the Medical Surgical division of Solventum.
  • Developing and implementing strategies and tactics for business retention and profitable growth within assigned systems.
  • Providing strategic direction to the field sales organization to drive compliance, clinical value and growth within the highlighted portfolios.
  • Creating, presenting, and delivering insights using executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Successfully communicating to leadership your customer insights, growth forecast, and innovative approaches to value-based contracts and customer data sets.
  • Identifying opportunities using data trends, industry partners, and organizational goals to meet growth objectives managed through a Salesforce pipeline.
