JOB PURPOSE:
Develop and grow the total Unilever Ice Cream business in the Out of Home (OOH) Drug and Convenience Channels. Primary focus placed on Walgreens, CVS, Cumberland Farms (EG Group) and other national convenience store retailers. In addition, the role is responsible for executing sales plans, managing trade investment and customer communication
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership and best practices to the Distributor network to expand the availability and visibility of the full range of Unilever Ice Cream OOH products.
Execute sales and marketing strategies to include negotiating trade promotions, item authorization, distribution, and delivery against targets.
Develop annual joint business plans with the retailers (share, brand plans, category management, and shopper insights).
Build an annual sales forecast to be loaded into the Unilever Evergreen system and updated monthly. Provide a monthly business update for each of the retailers.
Manage the customer interface to ensure on-going share development and profitable growth.
Interface with Ice Cream Brand and CCD Teams to execute the annual strategy, within the agreed parameters.
