Hospitality Attorney

US - US - Remote

We are currently seeking Hospitality Attorneys to work with leading hotel management groups and multi-brand restaurant operators.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, employment contracts, leases, and franchise agreements. This includes supporting franchise operations, brand development, and brand protection across various locations.
  • Advise on labor and employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, discrimination claims, and employee relations.
  • Represent the company in labor-related negotiations and disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and related health and safety codes in food and beverage operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years providing legal support for an established corporate hospitality company in an in-house environment, preferably within the hotel or restaurant industry.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements related to hospitality processes, including labor agreements, hotel management, and franchise agreements.
  • Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.

Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $150,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.  Axiomites also get access to professional development resources and learning and development programs. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
