Job Description:

The DCX Learning Specialist will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by the designated internal team.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Ideal Candidates Will Be

  • An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills 

  • Previous experience developing training programs 

  • Strong communicators with skills in writing and public speaking 

  • Solid facilitation and presentation skills 

  • Able to see the big picture as well as the small details 

Role Details 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday 

  • Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient 

  • Salary Range: PHP 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Deliver virtual dynamic training lessons across the project to a diverse learning audience.

  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer via an assortment of teaching techniques, assessment tools, and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Perform -training needs analysis, training design, and material development.

  • Update the Roofing Academy learning materials and spot opportunities for improvement

  • Support trainees' interview readiness

  • Create training reports and analysis for program improvement

  • Assign candidates for interview 

  • Standardize - training modules - ensuring alignment with new process releases

  • Collaborate with Talent Success, Talent Improvement, and Customer Success teams to identify learning gaps to improve the training curriculum

  • Performing tasks analogous to the foregoing.

Additional Job Requirements 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field. 

  • Minimum two (2) – four (4) years’ prior training in a BPO set up, or any related roles. 

  • Excellent communication in both written and verbal. 

Software That Will Be Used

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 

  • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.) 

  • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva is ideal
