We are looking for a Health Information Operations Manager that will be the tip of the spear for our service offering. Our ideal candidate is passionate and capable in 3 core areas: Operations, Account Management, and People Leadership. What does this look like? Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Execute on key transformation strategies to ensure all products are effectively utilized. Implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and quality. Lead initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor operational staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Plan training and utilize development programs to enhance team skills
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success. Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance and improvement efforts
- Capacity Management: Develop scheduling of resources, proactively plan for additions or reductions of capacity, and balance cost of resources. Ensure resources are utilized effectively to meet operational goals
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the operations budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., People team, IT, finance, product) to ensure alignment on operational goals and support business initiatives
