Responsibilities:
Build and lead the payments department, implement best practices and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Collaborate with product teams to develop and enhance payment products and services that meet customer needs and improve the customer experience.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PSP department, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processing.
Conduct regular KPI reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Develop and implement robust risk management processes to prevent fraud and enhance AR.
Develop and manage provider relationships (PSP) to ensure optimal payment solutions and cost effective services.
Continuously search for new payment solutions for the Asia market.
Analyzing the competitor market among operators in India and matching our project to the benchmark.
Requirements:
Experience in PSP (niche gambling) at least 5 years.
Experience in negotiating and approving commercial terms between operator and payment provider.
Knowledge of English.
Ability to be an effective team manager.
Experience in improving AR and knowledge of techniques to improve conversion rates.
Ability to travel to find new partners / strengthen relationships with current partners.
Deep understanding of the specifics of working with P2P.
Experience in interfacing between the PSP and the operator's CFO to build the settl process.
Experience and understanding of operating in Tier 3.
Will be plus:Having local connections with PSP representatives in India.
Knowledge of compliance and technicalities of PSP's P2P operations.
