Job Description
The CX Design Studio at Sprinklr is a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to co-innovating with customers on their customer experience (CX) journeys. We employ a human-centered, service design approach to reimagine and transform CX journeys, leveraging the robust capabilities of the Sprinklr CXM platform.
Our mission is to focus on customers and their unique CX journeys, utilizing rapid prototyping to deliver tangible assets that help customers envision their future state. By doing so, we enable businesses to achieve meaningful transformation and create delightful customer experiences.
The CX Design Studio offers a variety of CX journey workshops designed to deeply understand customer needs, identify the right journeys to design, and craft exceptional CX experiences. Through collaboration and innovation, we empower our clients to navigate new business transformations and strategically integrate technology to achieve their goals.

Role Overview
As the Head of Design for the CX Design Studio (Solution Consulting), you will lead a talented, cross-disciplinary team dedicated to transforming customer experiences through innovative design strategies. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement by integrating cutting-edge technology with thoughtful design to drive meaningful business transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a dynamic team in crafting industry-acclaimed experiences across digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to develop strategic design solutions that align with their business objectives.
Drive the creation of impactful and meaningful "big ideas" that resonate with users and enhance their interactions with Sprinklr’s platform.
Foster an environment of continuous learning and adaptation, encouraging team members to explore new design methodologies and technologies.
Engage directly with executive leadership and stakeholders to advocate for design-driven approaches that influence product development.
Maintain a balance of humility and confidence in leading projects that push the boundaries of innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
10+ years of experience in design leadership roles within technology or SaaS environments.
Proven track record of leading successful design projects that drive business transformation.
Strong expertise in human-centered design methodologies and service design principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Compensation Range
$195,000 - $260,000 - $325,000The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
