Job Overview

Reporting to the Vice President & Chief Global Trade Service Counsel, Global Trade Services of TE Connectivity. Manage complex travel calendar, plan, and execute annual operating schedule including leadership meetings, GTS department activities, department invoices, and review calendars. 

   

Job Summary:
•    Daily review and prioritization of email, other correspondence and calendar for Vice President & Chief Global Trade Service Counsel
•    Assist in managing the calendars of direct reports, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently, as necessary
•    Arrange and coordinate domestic and complex international travel arrangements, including international visa requirements and renewals
•    Support the submission and review expense reports of VP’s direct reports
•    Draft, edit and proofread executive level documents, PowerPoint, and other correspondence and anticipate needs and prepare materials 
•    Manage sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion and the utmost confidentiality
•    Efficiently manage executive meetings, including scheduling, taking attendance, recording and distributing detailed meeting notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items to guarantee timely completion.
•    Liaison with GTS communications lead to:
o    produce quarterly webcasts and various departmental global emails on behalf of executive
o    maintain various mail lists and distribute various surveys and communications
o    manage departmental calendars (travel, events, etc.)
•    Maintain VP & direct reports various Bar accreditations and training requirements
•    In coordination with GTS PMO oversee the entire invoice submission process, ensuring timely tracking to completion, maintaining accurate vendor records, and managing purchase requisition submissions to support efficient financial operations.

What your background should look like:

•    8+ years in an administrative capacity; large corporation executive assistant experience preferred
•    Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
•    Must have strong Outlook, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities
•    Must be able to work independently, prioritize work and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy
•    Strong judgement, discretion, and decision-making skills
•    Strong time management skills

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $59,700 – $89,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
