About the role

Transcend is seeking a skilled and adaptable Go-To-Market (GTM) Software Engineer to support the technical execution of non-Product initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth. As an integral member of the Marketing organization, this role collaborates closely with Marketing, Customer Support,  and other Go-To-Market teams to develop and implement technical solutions to our website, documentation, help center and more. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is well-versed in the intersection of front-end engineering, analytics tools and integrations.

What you'll do

• Own all ongoing website development: Manage and optimize the marketing website and integration directory, including its structure and CMS, ensuring site performance, security, and scalability. 
• Support analytics and ad tech needs: Maintain and expand a central documentation repository for analytics and marketing tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement tracking, reporting, and data visualization solutions.
• Execute and maintain high-value GTM tools: Experiment and build innovative tools that enhance our digital presence and market strategy such as lead gen websites, interactive web content, dynamic stats in product.
• Provide technical support for public resources:  Collaborate with Product and Customer Support on documentation repositories and Help Center needs.

Who you are

• Experienced software engineer: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining web-based tools and integrations. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, React, next.js) and frameworks for web development. 
• Familiarity with common marketing and data technologies: Experienced in working across CMS platforms, API integrations, and marketing technologies (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, Contentful, Google Analytics). Ability to troubleshoot and improve performance, scalability, and usability across tools and systems.
• Collaborative problem solver: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. Adept at translating business requirements into scalable, technical solutions that align with broader GTM objectives.

Creative Innovator: Passion for experimenting with new tools and approaches to drive innovation in GTM strategies. Skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements that reduce operational burdens.

For this role, the estimated annual total salary ranges are below. The actual annual salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The listed range below is a guideline, and the annual total salary range for this role may be modified. Transcend offers attractive health benefits, equity, and perks in addition to cash compensation.
