GTM Sales Leadership Development Training Manager

Are you a passionate and experienced Sales Leadership Development Training Manager looking to make an impact? In this role, you’ll participate in designing and delivering cutting-edge training programs, facilitate impactful leadership development cohorts, and provide personalized coaching sessions to elevate the performance of our sales leadership team. Leadership Development:

  • Improve sales leaders' capabilities through leadership development training and mentorship, emphasizing effective coaching practices and high-performance delivery.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement Instructional Designers and/or external consultants to develop high-quality training materials, presentations, and resources, including e-learning modules, case studies, and role-playing exercises.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops for sales managers and leaders, both in-person and virtually, using a variety of instructional techniques and methodologies.
  • Conduct individual and group coaching sessions, while mentoring sales leaders to enhance their skills and improve team performance.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end leadership development programs and projects involving multiple teams, regions, and collaborators.
  • Foster global adoption of programs by promoting cross-functional communication and collaboration with senior leaders from various teams, including collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.
  • Must have at least 8 years of sales leadership experience, including 3 years in a leader-of-leaders role, and a strong track record of leading successful sales teams.
  • Previous experience in delivering sales leadership development training, mentoring, and guiding sales professionals and/or leaders, with a strong understanding of driving performance through mentorship, development, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with all levels of leadership, capable of effectively conveying complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles for large enterprise software/transformation programs.
  • Exceptionally strong positive relationship-building skills with collaborators at all levels to understand their needs and design solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with sales leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • A mentality that prioritizes driving business impact through training and development initiatives.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools and technologies, CRM systems, and learning management systems.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $135,000 - $160,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
