Description: 

The Marketing Director, reporting to the SVP of Marketing, is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, driving demand generation, and building long-term partnerships with DOXA businesses and stakeholders to support growth goals. The role leads internal marketing resources and contract resources to support execution.

Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy for key DOXA Verticals: 

· Develop and implement marketing strategy for assigned verticals, supporting business units, ensuring all marketing efforts contribute to growth goals.

· Collaborate with vertical leaders, sales team, business unit leaders and operations teams to develop strategy.

· Lead and manage key resources to execute campaigns.

· Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to continually refine and enhance marketing approaches.

· Collaborate with brand office to build and nurture thought leadership by creating high-value content such as white papers, case studies, webinars, and blogs

Demand Generation & Lead Management: 

· Oversee and execute demand generation programs to targeted audiences, including content marketing, digital advertising, email campaigns, and events strategy to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel.

· Leverage data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing tactics, ensuring high conversion rates and pipeline growth.

· Develop and optimize audience segmentation strategies to ensure marketing efforts are personalized and impactful.

  

Digital Marketing 

· Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, paid media campaigns, and social media marketing, to generate leads and build brand awareness.

· Stay up to date on emerging marketing technologies and tools, evaluating their potential to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

· Lead strategy for DOXA business units’ websites, ensuring they serve as valuable resources for prospective clients and convert leads.

Metrics and Performance Analysis:

· Establish and track KPIs and metrics for B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on marketing performance, opportunities, and areas of improvement.

· Use analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Budget Management:

· Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to the most effective initiatives, and ensuring ROI.

· Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Work closely with sales, business units, vertical leaders, and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Engage regularly with sales teams on marketing initiatives, ensuring they have the resources to engage with prospects effectively. 


  

Qualifications

  

Education/Certification:


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum five-seven years of marketing experience applying marketing principles.
  • Three years supervisory experience managing direct reports.

Required Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of BtoB marketing principles and methods.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of insurance principles.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills in small and large group settings.
  • Creativity and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, marketing   campaign management software, and content management systems.
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.

 

Travel:

10% domestic travel required.

Regular office schedule.
