Government Success Representative at Go Vocal

As our Government Success Representative, your main goal is to help our clients get the best out of their engagement platform.

You work closely with our Government Success Manager for the Netherlands to build client relationships through onboarding, increasing adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction, and managing risk.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

You thrive in a small, agile team with a strong bias for action. You are curious, open-minded, passionate about digital democracy, and ready to tackle technical challenges. You learn quickly and align with the following profile:

  • You can demonstrate a strong interest in the topics of public governance & community engagement.
  • You are empathetic and show a positive attitude with a desire to help our clients reach their goals.
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
  • You have some experience with giving trainings & workshops.
  • You have a results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action.
  • You are a proactive team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
  • You are willing to travel to the Netherlands a minimum of four times/year. It is a plus if you are based in the Netherlands or Belgium.
