Job Summary
The Google Solutions Executive will drive growth and build on the rapidly growing Google practice. The Google Solutions Executive will be tasked with helping customers understand the value of Google practice and acquiring new Google logos/business for the company. The role will coordinate a team of sales/technical resources and build critical relationships with internal sellers, leadership, and C-level executives, showcasing the company’s Google practice advancement and innovation to assist customers with solving business outcomes.
This position is a remote position with a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Grow the existing customer base for Google, growing both Revenue and Gross Margin.
- Establish and Develop Strategic C-Level Relationships and Go-to-market strategy to help our customers transform their enterprises through Google technologies and the value of SHI’s Cloud and MSP Practice.
- Guide customers through foundational governance best practices to allow successful and scalable cloud adoption.
- Improve the cloud understanding of the SHI field/inside sales teams by partnering with regional and district managers and working closely with Technical Resources in your assigned region.
- Provide Feedback to SHI delivery teams and Cloud Adoption teams to ensure future offerings align with customer needs and use cases.
- Collaborate with company Sellers and Customers Navigate Google Programs for Funding.
- Generate, identify, and drive pipelines by understanding customer needs and position relevance to company solutions and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in an Inside /Outside sales position
- 1+ year of experience working with cloud concepts (Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Core & Micro Services within GCP) preferred
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to excel in a high-performing and dynamic environment
- Ability to build successful relationships through active listening
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute against a business plan to meet or exceed predefined revenue targets
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer satisfaction focus to ensure repeat business
Certifications Required
- Google Cloud Sales Credentials preferred
- Google Workspace Sales Credentials preferred
Unique Requirements
- Position requires 20% of travel for business
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $85,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
