The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global Social Media Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Development of consistent global social media strategies that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and demand among end users across paid, earned, and owned platforms for the Medsurg Business
Planning, executing, and reporting on social media campaign activations in collaboration with the Global Media team and the global and area business units.
Demonstrating the ability to pivot and deliver data to meet optimization and reporting needs for campaign delivery proficiently and accurately. Drive campaign optimization by testing new techniques, analyzing performance data, and shifting resources to top performing campaign elements
Proactively identifying & investigating new opportunities within the social media industry to enhance customer experiences and meet the needs of the business
Driving cross-functional collaboration with other marketing pillar teams to enhance end-to-end marketing campaign planning and best-in-class activation plans
Partnering with the Global Media team to lead the enablement strategy overseeing social media governance and technology to create operational efficiencies, reduce risk, and protect the Health Care Business Group.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher and minimum of 4 years experience in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND minimum 8 years of experience working in a private, public, government or military environment
AND
Minimum of three (3) years social media engagement and advertising experience, including one (1) years of social media community management experience for ad agency, consumer brand, or marketing forward B2B brand in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Minimum of three (3) years Marketing, Brand, and/or Agency experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Demonstrates leadership and supervisory skills necessary for managing people, teams, and/or projects
Skilled user of content management and social publishing platforms, such as Khoros, Sprinklr, or Sprout
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuing professional development
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Results oriented – successful experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics to manage programs to drive revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals
Self-starter who asks questions, learns quickly, and likes to problem solve
Location: Remote-United States
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $94,018 - $114,911, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
