We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join the Spark Product team who is responsible for leading the product development and management by championing for all internal and external stakeholders. The selected candidate will be responsible for serving as a key contributor to the strategy, product development and commercialization efforts for Spark product portfolio. The person in this position will be regarded as a leader and deep technical expert related to assigned product(s)/product lines including software products with broad knowledge of related fields.
What will you work on:
- Clearly define user needs/customer requirements, product positioning, key issues, strategies, and target audiences for assigned product(s)/product lines/ or software services.
- Work on value proposition and key messaging for assigned products
- Leads through VOC, prioritize the product backlog and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to develop integrated business plans for assigned programs.
- Partner with R&D to shape customer requirements.
- Work with marketing as a subject matter expert to support development of launch materials, product literature, and any other collateral material required to support sales and key marketing messages.
- Present product plans updates to internal management, including executives.
- Build strong relationships with commercial teams to ensure successful launch of new products.
- Build strong relationships with leading clinicians around the world.
- Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Product Management experience progressively responsible managing software product in the medical device industry.
- Must have experience monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify unmet needs and market opportunities.
- Experience providing guidance and support on related product development activities, market development activities, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure world-class commercialization
- Demonstrated ability to build business proposals, define scope and requirements, and serve as a lead contributor throughout a Toll-Gate development project, including product commercialization.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, including internationally
Preferred skills:
- Advanced degree in field of business, engineering is preferred
- Prefer candidates with prior dental or orthodontics field experience
- Solid organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- High comfort level with clinical and technical complexity, anchored by a user-centric mindset
- Ability to develop, rationalize, and present strategy
- Ability to lead and work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish objectives.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment, strong desire to learn

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
