As a Global Operations Senior Associate, you’ll work closely with cross functional partners to optimize processes, drive operational efficiency, reduce friction, and eliminate pain points across Spring Health’s Global Program. You’ll will take ownership of day to day initiatives that support the Global team in achieving our aspirational goals. You will report into the Associate Director, Global Operations. This is a full-time position, that based on location and candidate preference, can be remote or hybrid. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Global capabilities & processes 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on existing & new care delivery opportunities
  • Drive process improvement & escalation management with key external care delivery partners 
  • Support internal operational enablement through different communication channels (e.g. Slack, Confluence, Guru, etc)
  • Support the tracking and success of the Global Program Roadmap
  • Support member-escalation resolution with internal teams & external vendors 
  • Own management of a primary vendor inclusive of daily communications, escalations, invoicing & administrative support
