Summary

Guidewire is seeking a Global Head of Digital Practice to lead our global Digital engagements in Professional Services and drive and execute initiatives that will ensure the successful delivery of our digital products and solutions.

Guidewire's market-leading Digital products enable insurance carriers to build and implement leading-edge sales and self-service digital capabilities. These capabilities provide agents and policyholders with interfaces to quickly and easily create and service insurance policies.

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Accountable for practice financials, including billings forecast for Digital

  • Accountable for Guidewire Digital engagements, risk management and execution

  • Accountable for digital engagement pipeline management 

  • Define and refine engagement model and messaging for delivering Digital projects

  • Enable the full organization on practice methodology and key initiatives – including sales, delivery services, customer success, and operations

  • Support and mentor Digital leads in sales discussions and project delivery

  • Support management team in project planning and execution

  • Be the escalation point for project issues.

  • Own partner enablement for Digital, including messaging, training requirements, and engagement model.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional Digital leads to drive the overall success of Digital at Guidewire


Skills/Experience:

  • Proven track record in leading delivery teams that are driving transformation

  • Strong experience building and leading technical teams

  • 10+ years experience in consulting/delivery

  • Highly motivated, thrives in dynamic environments

  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills

  • Comfortable with the unknown
     

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $272,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
