Genesys is looking for a Compliance Learning Manager to ensure that training provided by Genesys is compliant regarding all global legal requirements, contractual requests, and in-house best-practices and policies. This experienced manager will own all aspects of compliance training in partnership with Legal, HR, and cross-functional stakeholder departments. Additionally, as a manager in Talent & Learning, this role will support employee and manager learning initiatives and programs as needed. The Compliance Learning Manager must demonstrate excellent project management skills, superior communication (written and oral and organizational skills) and be technical savvy. The ideal candidate will take ownership and accountability of all aspects of the organizational compliance program including deadlines, vendor relationships, learning management system management and reporting.
