Title: Global Compensation & Benefits Associate Manager
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and driving the company's total rewards programs. Supports the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs. Focused on global benefits, this individual contributor position requires a strong foundation in compensation and benefits principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Day-to-day global point of contact for all global health programs, including working with internal partners, employees, and vendors to ensure plans operate seamlessly and troubleshooting errors and inquiries.
- Manage and optimize health benefits programs for employees across various regions, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance plans. Collaborate with benefits brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts, evaluate plan designs, and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Partner with internal wellness committees, external vendors, and HR partners to develop engaging initiatives, track participation metrics, and measure program impact.
- Oversee employee leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of time off. Develop and enforce leave policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, provide guidance to employees and managers, and maintain accurate records in HRIS systems.
- Administer retirement and pension programs, including enrollment, contribution management, and vendor coordination. Assist employees with inquiries related to retirement planning and options.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate total rewards processes, including benefits enrollment, leaves management, and wellness program administration. Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology solutions and best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction. Develop and implement innovative solutions to address challenges or gaps in the effectiveness of total rewards programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis of compensation and benefits practices within the software industry. Gather market data on salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits offerings to inform decision-making and ensure competitiveness. Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to project planning and execution, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Lead planning and execution of annual renewal efforts for global health benefits and Open Enrollment, including partnering with external vendors and internal teams; communicate any changes in plan coverages year over year.
- Collect, analyze, and report on total rewards data to support decision-making and monitor program effectiveness. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE:
REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in total rewards, benefits administration, HR analytics, or related roles
- 2+ year in global benefits role required; experience in EMEA and India strongly preferred
- Previous experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, etc.)
PREFERRED:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field or commensurate years of applicable experience in role
- Certification(s) such as, CEBS, PHR, and/or SHRM-CP
- Experience with global retirement or pension plans
- Workday HRIS experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:
- In-depth knowledge of health benefits, wellness programs, leaves management, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FMLA, ADA, GDPR)
- Understanding or desire to grow understanding of global offerings
- Confidentiality is key
- Proficient-Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to address complex problems
- Experience driving process improvements and implementing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Excel in an autonomous work environment, where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of complex tasks and projects
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Capability to actively seek out, stay informed about, and adapt to emerging developments, innovations, and trends relevant to Human Resources

Duck Creek Technologies supports a flexible-first work environment and has employees throughout the United States. Based on a fair and equitable compensation philosophy, we have five (5) United States pay markets based on regional validated survey market data. The expected salary range for this position is between $71,100 and $92,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The final compensation may vary due to the above listed factors and be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
