We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Los Angeles-based A&D Specialist to join our design obsessed team. In this role, you will be owning a book of business with high end interior design firms, hospitality and purchasing agents driving online and offline sales. Regular in-person sales calls are expected (25%-50%)


You are:

  • Motivated by sales growth, performance, profitability and hitting and exceeding KPI’s

  • Naturally engaging and have a passion for learning about interior design and the design ecosystem

  • Proven track record building and owning a book of business and being able to hit and exceed sales targets through your sophisticated and gracious sales approach

  • Thrive in a fast paced digital working environment handling in person appointment, emails and phone calls

  • Aligned with Kathy Kuo Home brand values and principles fit and can act as a brand ambassador within the West Coast territory


You will:

  • Develop and maintain pipeline of leads, projects and West-coast opportunities 

  • Take initiative to seek out new leads, projects and opportunities within your territory or support other territories as needed

  • Develop and nurture sales leads through in-person events, presentations and business development initiatives

  • Collaboratively ideate and execute with support from management, marketing, and sales


You have:

  • At least 8-10+ years in a B2B sales development role in fast paced digital and in person environment 

  • At least 5+ Experience in Commercial Interiors, Interior Design Trade selling or designing

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
