Full Time Customer Service and Sales Representative (Contact Centre - Remote)

Train and work remotely! We are actively searching for candidates located in New Brunswick for a fully remote opportunity.

Physical presence in the province of employment is mandatory; the use of personal VPN services or IP maskers on company networks is strictly prohibited. 

 Successful candidates MUST be available to start August12, 2024. 

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that operates any five (5) days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating business hours of:

Monday to Sunday: 9:00AM to 11:00PM ADT (Monday to Sunday: 8:00AM to 10:00PM EST)

Successful candidates must provide and use their own equipment. As a condition of employment, the device must meet the requirements. Interested applicants are required to provide proof of minimum specs. (outlined below) by attaching their validated completion. We offer a TAX-FREE equipment reimbursement program of up to $200.

The device must:

• Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)
• Have at least 8GB of RAM (memory)
• Have at least 500MB of free space (storage/HDD)
• Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps
• Webcam
• Headset
