JOB OVERVIEW
The Customer Success Manager I (CSM I) for Net Health's FOTO product is responsible for ensuring at-large clients are satisfied and achieve success with the platform. This role focuses on helping clients optimize outcomes management and MIPS (Merit-based Incentive Payment System) reporting by driving product adoption and effective utilization. A key priority of the CSM I is to build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide ongoing support to enhance their experience. By fostering engagement and proactively addressing challenges, this role plays a critical part in ensuring long-term client retention and success with FOTO.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with at-large clients, including key stakeholders, to understand their goals, needs, and issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and success in maximizing outcomes.
- Product Education and Adoption: Educate clients on the FOTO product, drive adoption and utilization, and provide guidance on best practices for managing outcomes and reporting MIPS.
- Customer Success Planning: Develop and execute Customer Success Plans tailored to the needs of each client segment focusing on outcomes management and MIPS reporting.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve escalated issues.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze client usage of the FOTO product. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement to enhance outcomes management and MIPS reporting.
- Proactive Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients through scheduled meetings, updates, automation, and check-ins to ensure progress against objectives and address any concerns.
- Client Engagement: Encourage client participation in Net Health initiatives such as webinars, user conferences, and product feedback sessions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, and other Net Health departments to ensure client needs are met and opportunities for retention and expansion are identified.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience in client success, account management, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience using the FOTO application.
- Strong understanding of MIPS.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
- Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Salesforce

Salary Range: $50,400 - $63,000 USD
