We are looking for a Critical Operations Manager who can join us at Ayvens.
Key Purpose
• Support the Mission Critical Team to effectively manage the Maintained Fleet delivering excellent customer outcomes & value creation
• Act to support the customer and Ayvens with complex technical issues driving and supporting a acceptable resolution for all
• Conduct Technical Inspections and produce reports to support findings and make recommendations
• Maintain the highest degree of technical knowledge to support brilliant outcomes
• Act as a point of technical support
• Act a point of escalation and drive customer focused resolutions
Summary of Responsibilities
• Proactively manage diary to drive effective and efficient resolution to issues
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers and explain complex technical issues in a digestible way
• Conduct onsite visits undertaking technical inspections and garage audits, producing reports in the outcomes
• Review supplier and ensure adherence to Ayvens standards
• Complete adhoc quality inspections as required
• Produce monthly activity and savings reports
• Support adhoc project as required
• Support the relationship with key SMR suppliers by managing queries and escalations
• Take a proactive approach to enquires by telephone and email, keeping parties informed of follow up activity and anticipating the next steps.
• Provide technical support and guidance aligned with your skills and qualifications to internal and external customers
• Manage cases with cost control and customer as a balanced focused, proactively seek to refer for goodwill and warranty consideration
• Proactively seek to minimise downtime for all customers through effective supplier management & great communications,
• Undertake development work to systems and processes to support continuous improvement
• Produce simple reports as required to support decision making
Skills, Experience & Background
• IMI Level 4 Technician or equivalent & IMI level 4 Repair of Electric & Hybrid Vehicles
• Experience in proactive Fleet Management
• Knowledge and experience of the Service, Maintenance and Repair from an OEM, Dealership or Independent perspective
• Understanding of OEM Warranty Policies
• Exceptional technical knowledge with a keen interest in new technology
• Proven ability to resolve complex queries with multiple stakeholders
• Evidence of strong communication skills with the ability to influence others
• Experienced at producing reports for Technical Inspections
